I can say one thing, I'm gonna go out with a bang and make the best build of XP ever to hit the web.
This is the best taskbar I ever made with task buttons that glow & pulsate.
The images used for this taskbar are very small in size thus making it lower on using system resources which is important, the last build the taskbar was allot higher kilobit size.
